Usage policy
The rules that keep LocuPedia safe for the people who staff care and the people who provide it. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions, and breaching it can end an account. Last updated: August 2026.
Zero tolerance
LocuPedia has zero tolerance for any misuse of our technology or inappropriate behaviour — including harassment, flirting, racism or discrimination of any kind. Any behaviour that does not align with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions will cause the account to be suspended immediately, without further notice. There are no second warnings on this clause.
Legitimate use only
Organizations: real coverage needs only — accurate role, dates, requirements and offered rate. No bait postings, no duplicate spam, no collecting applications without intent to fill, no postings outside healthcare coverage.
Clinicians: one account, your own accurate credentials and availability. No impersonation, no shared accounts, no misrepresented qualifications — in healthcare, that lie can hurt a patient.
No spam
No bulk or unsolicited messaging, ever. Referral invitations go through the platform’s own professional email template — auto-personalized, read-only, one per colleague. We removed Text and WhatsApp channels specifically so LocuPedia can’t be used for spam. Attempting to harvest contact details to message people off-platform is treated as abuse.
No patient data
LocuPedia is a workforce platform. Never upload, post or transmit patient information in any form — not in a posting, not in a message, not in a document. If you see patient data here, report it immediately through security contact.
No scraping or interference
No scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of platform content; no probing or testing security except under our responsible disclosure policy; no interference with the service or other users’ accounts; no use of the platform to build a competing dataset.
Enforcement
We review reported and detected abuse quickly. Consequences scale with severity — content removal, credit forfeiture, suspension — except zero-tolerance conduct, which means immediate suspension without further notice. We may preserve and share records where the law requires. Report anything that concerns you through contact; good-faith reports are never penalized.
