1 · What LocuPedia is

LocuPedia is a connection, credentialing and workforce marketplace operated by eSora Labs. Healthcare organizations publish coverage posts; verified healthcare professionals discover those posts and apply. LocuPedia verifies credentials, surfaces matches, carries messages, and keeps a record of each post’s lifecycle.

LocuPedia is not a staffing agency, recruiter, employer, or party to any work arrangement. We do not employ clinicians, do not set or negotiate rates, do not schedule shifts, and do not confirm placements.

2 · Money never passes through us

Clinicians and organizations agree compensation directly with each other, and organizations pay clinicians directly. LocuPedia is never in that compensation path: we do not process, collect, hold, transfer, invoice, settle or guarantee compensation between clinicians and organizations, and we take no percentage of anyone’s pay. LocuPedia charges only platform fees that are clearly separate from compensation: organization posting fees when applicable, and a clinician’s optional Premium membership.

3 · Posting fees (organizations)

All organization posting is free during launch. Standard pricing after launch is CAD 300 per 7-day posting period, plus applicable taxes itemized on your receipt. One post covers one location, one role, and one connected coverage requirement for a 7-day window. Closing a post ends it — nothing renews automatically, and prepaid periods are not refunded for unused days after standard pricing begins. Custom volume pricing is available to high-volume organizations and is always calculated per 7-day period, never as a subscription. We will notify organizations before standard pricing is activated.

4 · Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials current. Verification reflects the status of a document at the moment we checked it against its source; it is not a continuing guarantee, and organizations remain responsible for their own engagement decisions. Misrepresenting credentials, identity, or organizational status is grounds for immediate removal.

5 · Closing posts and outcome honesty

When a post closes, the organization records the outcome — filled through LocuPedia, filled elsewhere, no longer needed, or expired without hiring. Outcomes are the organization’s self-report: LocuPedia does not confirm them with the clinician and presents fill-rate figures as self-reported. Recording an outcome you know to be false is a material breach of these terms.

6 · Acceptable use

Posts must describe real coverage needs with honest details — role, dates, location, offered rate and requirements. You may not scrape the platform, harvest clinician data, repost listings elsewhere, discriminate unlawfully, or use LocuPedia to circumvent employment standards, licensing, or privacy law. The Post Bank referral program rewards genuine introductions only; self-referrals, duplicate accounts and shell organizations don’t qualify, and posting credits can’t be converted to cash, refunded, transferred or resold.

7 · Records and retention

Individual application records are purged 12 months after a post closes; de-identified aggregate statistics are retained indefinitely. Your records remain exportable while your account is active. Our privacy policy describes data handling in full.

8 · Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is.” LocuPedia does not guarantee that a post will fill, that an application will be accepted, or that any engagement will proceed. Any work arrangement is solely between the organization and the clinician. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocuPedia’s aggregate liability is limited to the posting fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9 · Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product before they take effect, and continuing to use LocuPedia after that point means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Questions: contact us.
