Who we are

LocuPedia is a healthcare listing and introduction platform operated by eSora Labs. Healthcare organizations publish coverage posts; verified healthcare professionals discover them and apply. LocuPedia introduces the two sides — it is not an employer, an agency, or a payment processor, and it never sits in the payment path between an organization and a clinician.

What we collect

Account information. Name, email address, role (clinician or organization), and the details you add to your profile or organization account.

Credential documents (clinicians). Licences, registrations, insurance certificates, certifications and identity documents you upload for verification — plus the verification status and history that results.

Posting and application activity. Coverage posts, applications, messages, and the close-out outcome an organization records when a post ends.

Billing information (organizations). Posting charges and receipts. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; LocuPedia stores only the card brand, last four digits and expiry needed to identify your payment method.

Usage data. Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service — sign-in events, device and browser information, and actions taken inside the product.

What we use it for

To operate the platform: verifying credentials against source, matching clinicians to posts, delivering applications and messages, charging posting fees, and keeping a record of what happened on each post. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use credential documents for advertising or profiling.

What the other side sees

Before you apply, nothing is shared. When a clinician applies to a post, the organization sees the clinician’s profile, credential verification status, and application details. Organizations never see a clinician’s identity documents themselves — only their verification status. Clinicians see the organization’s published post details and public profile.

Close-out outcomes are self-reported

When a post closes, the organization records an outcome (filled through LocuPedia, filled elsewhere, no longer needed, or expired without hiring), optionally with the hired clinician’s name. This outcome is the organization’s own statement. LocuPedia does not confirm it with the clinician, does not treat it as a verified placement, and labels fill-rate figures derived from it as self-reported.

Retention and deletion

Individual application records — the record of a specific clinician applying to a specific post — are purged 12 months after the post closes.

Aggregate statistics (fill rates, posting volumes, response times) are retained indefinitely in de-identified, aggregate form.

Credential documents are kept while your account is active and deleted when you remove them or close your account, subject to legal holds.

Billing records are retained as required by Canadian tax law.

Cookies

LocuPedia uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there is nothing to opt out of beyond what your browser already controls.

Where data is processed

Data is stored and processed in Canada. If we ever use a service provider that processes data outside Canada, we will say so here and require contractual protections consistent with Canadian privacy law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your personal information from inside the product, or by writing to us. Deleting your account removes your profile and credential documents; aggregate, de-identified statistics and legally required billing records are kept as described above.
