What gets verified

The essentials, checked against source: your licence or registration, your degree or qualification, your references, and any certifications a profession or facility requires — like ACLS for an ICU nurse.

What happens when something expires

You get warned before it happens and shown exactly what to renew. Verification reflects the status of a document at the moment it is checked against its source; it is not a continuing guarantee, and organizations remain responsible for their own engagement decisions.
