About

So no clinic goes uncovered — and no clinician is treated like inventory.

LocuPedia is a healthcare connection, credentialing and workforce marketplace operated by eSora Labs. Clinics, hospitals and healthcare organizations publish coverage needs, and verified healthcare professionals find locum, contract and permanent work with every detail upfront — specialty, facility, dates, requirements and the offered rate.

LocuPedia introduces the two sides and keeps the record. It is not an employer, not a staffing agency, and not a payment processor — it does not process, collect, hold, transfer, invoice, settle or guarantee compensation between clinicians and organizations.

What we believe

The principles the product is built around

Honesty over marketing

We describe only what the platform does today. No borrowed logos, no invented numbers, no badges we haven’t earned — and where practice is still maturing, we say so plainly.

Clinicians are professionals, not inventory

Every detail upfront, credential records that belong to the clinician, and terms agreed directly between the two sides. Professionals never pay to be found.

Accountability on record

Every meaningful action is attributable to a named person and written to a reviewable audit history — for organizations and clinicians alike.

Canadian, by design

Built around Canadian privacy principles and healthcare data-handling expectations — minimization, consent, accountability and safeguards inside the workflows themselves.

Who builds it

Built with clinicians, for clinicians and care organizations

LocuPedia is designed & developed by clinicians and healthcare providers, working closely with Barnabus Labs, and proudly built by the eSora Labs companies — from Canada, for healthcare teams everywhere.
